1 Hurricanes are tropical storms that can last several days. In a severe hurricane, wind speeds can rise to over 120 km per hour. The 2018 hurricane season was one of the most active ever recorded. 3 Everyone should eat a healthy diet. Proteins like meat and milk are good for body building and carbohydrates like bread and rice give you energy. You should cut down on fats and sugars as these are not good for you.
2 As the plane rose in the sky, the island stretched out below me. The houses were tiny white dots in the green landscape. A fringe of white surf lined the seashore. 4 A long time ago, Rabbit lived all alone on an island in the middle of the river. He looked at the young rabbits scampering around on the opposite bank and longed to join them. “I wish I could swim,” he sighed.
