What Our Clients Are Saying Mitchell Group because they are a family-run business, and I cannot stress enough that they went above my expectations — since my budget was tight and complex — they delivered an incredible place I will call home. It was a real joy working with Jason and Sachi; they are a dynamic team that provided excellent services from the beginning of the process that continues well after closing. They have been faultless to this point. I thank Jason and Sachi from Mitchell Group Real Estate for their help and professionalism throughout this process, and I cannot express enough how much I will recommend them to my friends and family. I closed a week ago. I am in the process of moving into my condominium. I am absolutely thrilled to enjoy every day the beautiful view I can see from my condominium. Thank you, Jason, Sachi, and the Mitchell Group Real Estate team.
ISLAND-STYLE FRIED RICE
DIRECTIONS 1. In a saucepan over high heat, bring rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let rice cool completely. 2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, place 2 tsp oil and brown the luncheon meat and sausage. Remove meat from skillet. Pour eggs into hot skillet, scramble and set aside. 3. Add 2 tbsp oil to the skillet and stir in rice. Toss the rice with hot oil until heated through and beginning to brown, about 2 minutes. Add the garlic powder, toss the rice for 1 more minute to develop the garlic taste, and stir in the luncheon meat, sausage, scrambled eggs, pineapple, and oyster sauce. Cook and stir until the oyster sauce coats ingredients, 2 to 3 minutes, then stir in green onions and serve. INGREDIENTS • 1 1/2 cups uncooked jasmine rice • 3 cups water • 2 tsp plus 2 tbsp canola oil • 1 12-oz can fully cooked luncheon meat (such as SPAM®), cubed • 1/2 cup sliced Chinese sweet pork sausage (lap Cheong) • 3 eggs, beaten • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1 8-oz can pineapple chunks, drained • 1/2 cup chopped green onion • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
