WB 6 p167

There are more ways of staying safe online. For example, you should delete junk e-mails. They may have attachments which carry viruses. Also, choose passwords that are difficult for others to guess. Include capital letters as well as numbers. Don’t use your own name or the word ‘password’!
At home, we have rules about being online. My brother and I show Mom any new game we want to play. We also ask her before we download anything from the internet. Before my older brother goes on social networking sites he gets Mom to check the privacy settings.
• Use the paragraphs in the boxes to practise identifying the main idea. Point out to students that most social media websites require children to be 13 years old before they can sign up.
