Carnival Costume Everyone loves Carnival but people often complain that making a costume is a daunting prospect. You want to achieve something exotic and exciting, but you want to make it quickly and simply. The answer is to make the headdress described below. The instructions don’t require you to be an artist. Follow them step-by-step and you will achieve an eye- catching headdress. All you need is a sense of fun and some attention to detail. The headdress is often the first thing that people see, so try to create a design that is colourful and striking. How to make a carnival headdress Materials: Paper Card Decorative trimmings: feathers, sequins, glitter, ribbon, etc. Glue Stapler Marker pens Instructions : First make a band that fits your head comfortably. 1 Make a band of card 6 – 8 cm deep, long enough to go around your head with an overlap of about 5 cm.
