Approval of Minutes Motion 25-12: Ms. Gillis moved that the Board of Trustees of Central Washington University approve the minutes from the regular meeting of February 20, 2025, and the special meeting of April 3, 2025. Mr. Hensler seconded the motion. The motion was approved. Official Communications Since the last meeting, the board received 13 communications, which were included in the briefing materials: The Board acknowledges receipt of the following communications: 1. Email from Justin Mills, Assistant State Auditor, Washington State Auditor’s Office, February 24, 2025, regarding CWU’s entrance conference on the upcoming audit for fiscal year 2024. 2. Email from Justin Mills, Assistant State Auditor, Washington State Auditor’s Office, February 26, 2025, notifying the board that an entrance conference for the audit for fiscal year 2024 was held February 26, 2025. 3.
