In order to retain visual impact and integrity the Wordmark must not be graphically compromised in any way. Always reproduce the Quinovic Wordmark from approved electronic artwork only. These examples represent the correct and incorrect uses of the Wordmark. The logo may only be used as shown below and is never split up other than in the ways shown in this guide.

Detailed Reporting • We provide detailed entry condition reports, including extensive photos of the property • We conduct routine inspections and report results to you and your tenants • You’ll receive a financial report every month, and can check and print up-to-the minute financial reports from your personal client dashboard • We can also send your financial reports to your accountant • On the first working day of April every year, we’ll provide you with a partially completed rental property tax return (IR3R) to save your accountant time and save you accountancy fees Arrears Management • We complete checks on rents received every weekday morning • We immediately follow up with tenants regarding any arrears • When tenants are signing the tenancy agreement we carefully explain their obligations regarding paying rent and taking care of the property • We contact three referees for each tenant • We do credit checks for each tenant • Once a tenant passes all our checks, you get to make the final decision • We complete a tenant background review via Renti

How will you be protecting my asset? This includes everything from rent achieved, to maintenance and regular inspections. Do you have a complete knowledge of current legislation and required compliance? How often do you do property inspections? This is important to ask to remain compliant with insurance requirements.
