Clinton Hayes has substantial retail experience, previously owning retail businesses including Go Vita Coffs Harbour (NSW). He was international Managing Director for an Australian company, responsible for an overseas start-up. He has worked in the banking and financial services industry and is a licensed financial planner and mortgage broker. Clinton is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has recently graduated from the Company Directors Course. Clinton is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Sustainability Committee. Director since 2015
John Bylicki has had an extensive career in banking, insurance and financial planning as a Board Director, senior manager and business owner. He is a current Director of the Complementary Medicines Australia Limited (CMA). Including a Diploma in Financial Planning, John has an All Associate Diploma, Securities Institute of Australia Financial Planning Certificate and UNSW Business School Marketing Financial Services Certificate. John and his wife Linda own Go Vita Stanthorpe (QLD) and Go Vita Warwick (QLD). John is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. Director since 2017
