exists for us all. The seed of self must die. If self is the center, life is a failure. We must surrender our will to H i m. We must abandon our way to H i m; we mu st submit our life to Him. Death is the gate to eternal life. To love our life is to lose it: to lose our life is to live and save others.

The last message the Lord Jesus had fot the world before His departure for the glory is a significant one. He sums up in a few words the gist of the Gospel. First, The Father Manifested in the Son, verse 44, The whole teaching of Christ was crystal- lized in the thought of His coming to re- veal the. F a t h e r .. In the Gospel of John there are eight passages referring to this relationship of the Son to the Father.
