Inclusions Terms and Conditions: Applicable for Evolve Duplex designs only. Refer to current Evolve Duplex Collection price list for homes that are eligible. 20mm edge stone kitchen benchtop doesn’t include waterfall ends. 500mm x 500mm tiles available in a choice of Evolve colour selections. Please ask your New Homes Consultant for the flooring plan showing areas included for your chosen design. 2440mm high ceilings applies to single storey & ground floor of double storey Duplex homes. Offer excludes site costs. Masterton is unable to guarantee that the design will be eligible for a CDC. If not eligible for CDC, then additional cost and time may need to be applied to pursue the Development Application process. Where an item is required to be upgraded or substituted due to site specific requirements of an Authority, including but not limited to compliance with matters such as marine environment, bushfire BAL rating, and/or acoustic requirements extra charges may apply. Base Prices do not include optional upgrades including but not limited to alternative facades, window furnishings, light fittings, floor coverings (except wet area tiling), air conditioning or feature tile upgrades unless otherwise specified. These inclusions are only available as part of a building contract with Masterton Homes. Any item not listed within the inclusions will incur additional costs. Any items omitted by a customer from the inclusions will not be refunded, credited or substituted. Masterton reserve the right to amend or substitute items and/or suppliers without notice. Any item that appears in more than one set of inclusions, only one of these items will be supplied and no credits will be available. Masterton reserves the right to amend or substitute the colours and suppliers without notice. ¤ Installed using 50mm angle at door threshold to provide floor falls to floor waste compliant to statutory requirements. All wet areas tiling cuts to be determined on site by tiler to provide regulated falls to the floor waste. ◊ We provide internal conduit for NBN provisioning (subject to availability). NBN small development application and connection fee not included. Π The actual BASIX requirements will depend on the applicable law and are subject to many factors, such as house design and orientation, number and location of windows, property location, adjacent properties, roof colour and design, and solar or gas availability. Any BASIX requirements in addition to the inclusions or that are different to the inclusions may result in additional cost to the purchaser. Please note, changes to the house may be required to achieve BASIX compliance, such as the house structure, house cosmetics, and the number, location and size of the windows. Location of the ceiling fans will be determined by the BASIX / Thermal assessment. The Builder reserves the right to change or remove the inclusions at any time.
