PROJECT OVERVIEW
Since 2008, Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions has been assembling parcels along the 400 block of West Avenue in La Crosse, WI, with the goal of redeveloping aging single-family homes previously used as student rentals. The vision is to create a high-density, mixed-use development that keeps students close to campus—serving both UW-La Crosse and Western Technical College—while revitalizing a key corridor. The project was made possible through a collaborative effort with a neighboring property owner and the City of La Crosse. A parcel exchange allowed both owners to pursue higher-density developments, and the partial vacation of 12th Street ensured the site maintained essential public and emergency access.
