PACE (PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS CAN EXERCISE) (Activity #231104) Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:20 a.m. Room C Instructor: Jan Kidd This program includes standing and chair exercises with your instructor, Jan, and is developed to keep joints flexible, muscles strong, and to help reduce pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Stretchy bands are used to warm up. Specific exercises are used for hands and fingers, as well as the muscles and joints throughout the whole body.
