Learn perspective drawing with charcoal and oil pastels, create land and seascapes, animals, still life’s and more, painting with acrylics and watercolors exploring color theory, time-saving techniques, aerial perspective and more. All your art supplies are included as well as detailed individualized instruction. What to bring: $65 cash material fee due on the first day of camp. In this stop motion animation camp, participants will create characters, backgrounds, films and do voice-overs. Participants will location scout, act, film and learn filmmaking strategies.

Ages: 9-12 years Monday-Friday, Jun 10-14; Jun 17-21; Jun 24-28; Jul 8-12; Jul 15-19; Jul 22-26; Jul 29-Aug 2 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Fee: $150 Rowlett Community Centre 5300 Main Street Instructor: RCC Staff School’s OUT and SOAR Camp is IN and ready to keep your children busy all summer long! Camp days will include arts & crafts, sports, special guests, swimming at the Wet Zone daily & more! Campers will come home tired and dirty from all the fun. Please wear camp appropriate clothing and leave all electronics at home. Please make sure your camper brings two snacks, a sack lunch, a bottle of water and a swimsuit/towel daily. Early drop-off fee of $25 is available each week from 7:30-8 a.m., and swimming lessons for $50 are available, times TBD.
