Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds. Strong customer facing, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to work confidently and diplomatically with people at all levels Familiar with methods and techniques for delivering effective presentations. Proficient in methods and techniques for running effective meetings and for understanding and influencing the roles played by other participants. Proven experience in the application of IT skills, particularly Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and databases and ability to learn new systems.
