Analysis of VHA Human Resources Modernization

Researchers analyze the Veterans Health Administration’s modernization initiative regarding Human Resources (HR) processes to streamline actions and improve employee experience. The goal of HR modernization is to create an employee driven HR experience by removing barriers and providing employees with complete end-to-end support

This paper analyzes underlying behaviors that have led to the prevalence of mental health crises. Researchers use The Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) to identify gaps and solutions used to better assess mental health issues with the objective to develop an algorithm that can identify individuals at risks and provide a path for next steps.
