Step 5: Claim Submission We will submit the compensation claim on your behalf, presenting all the gathered evidence and medical reports to the responsible parties or their insurers. We will negotiate with the opposing parties to reach a fair settlement. Step 6: Compensation Settlement We will strive to secure the maximum compensation in the shortest possible time. Compensation will cover pain and suffering, disability, financial losses (past and future), care costs, private treatment costs and other expenses incurred because of the asbestos-related illness.
