TI Associates,

Where has 2019 gone? It’s hard to believe that we’re approaching the end of a true milestone year for Transportation Insight! I am regularly encouraged by the conversations I have (as well as the stories I hear from many of you) about how we are not only RUNNING our business with excellence, but also ADVANCING our business with passion and strategic purpose. Back in March, we began talking about this special opportunity we have to continue building a great company together, backed by the capital and expertise of Gryphon Investors and strengthened by our partnership with Nolan Transportation Group. Nine months ago, we knew we had some good ideas, good plans, and a good team of associates. Today, we have seen good ideas becoming reality; we have seen good plans getting executed; and we have seen our team of talented associates collaborating, thinking, solving, learning, and growing – all for the benefit of our clients and our company! Let me share just a few of the exciting 2019 statistics that encourage me about the path we are on. I hope these achievements will encourage you, too. • Over $12 million of net revenue signings – 60% greater than our previous record! • Over $2 million invested in key Information Technology projects, including the OneTI platform that will be completed and delivered in 2020! • Client contract renewals aggregating $12 million in annual net revenue! • More than 100 new associates joining our company, including 40 associates added across our Information Technology and Commercial teams! As your CEO, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you, our clients and our investors. Together we’ve accomplished much over the past year, and we’ve set the stage for even greater advancement of our business in 2020!

Winning Together, Rennie

Elsewhere around the Company… Transportation Insight’s Overland Park Operating Center delivered big for Hope House on Thanksgiving. The TI Omaha Operating Center has kicked off its 8th Annual Salvation Army Adopt-a- Family. Coordinated by Ange Bates, TI Omaha typically has about 10 associates who will serve 3-4 families with up to 5 people in each family by collecting money, going shopping, wrapping and delivering presents to the families each Christmas.

REMEMBERING EVERYONE DEPLOYED

During November associates throughout Transportation Insight donned red on Fridays in tribute to men and women on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces. Along with our Veterans Day salute to TI Associates, the initiative to “Remember Everyone Deployed” allowed our organization to recognize the sacrifice of military members in the past and present.
