CLEANING To ensure high standards of cleanliness at the end of each tenancy, we strongly recommend that before the first tenancy, professional cleaning is carried out throughout the property, including carpets (unless new). We would also recommend that the oven, hob and extractor and professionally cleaned by an oven cleaning company as general cleaners do not normally carry this out. For a normal oven, hob and extractor, costs would start from £50 for a single oven rising to £90. Hobs and extractors are about £15 - £20 each.

12. Would you like Whites to carry out an inventory via independent inventory clerk? YES/NO If NO, please ensure that your inventory is available in hard copy X 3 for the day of key collection. Please also ensure that the utility readings are accurate clearly shown (ideally photographed) so that we can complete the utility change- over process, otherwise this cannot be done. If inventory sent to Whites via e-mail an administration charge of £25 plus VAT will be made to print off in duplicate, in colour and bind together with cover/signing sheet etc. 13.
