DIY: Ruffled Flower Clip By Haley Williams
Supplies Two strips of fabric: 3” wide by 1/2 yard long Felt Glue (E6000, 9001 or hot glue works) An alligator hair clip (available at craft stores or online)

Step 1 Find a fun fabric. Both plain and patterned look great with this style of flower. Step 2 You are going to be making multiple circles the same size. The easiest way to do this is to cut a strip of fabric, fold one end to create a square and continue to fold the fabric in on itself. Then, cut a circle out of the folded piece of fabric.
