Our Homeless Outreach team together with shelters, Hyland House and Bill Reid Place offer a continuum of service designed to break the cycle of homelessness.

Shelters are a gateway to stable housing and independence. A provincially-funded, temporary shelter program which activates during the winter months and during extremely inclement weather. Provides a wide range of mobile supports to people living on the streets. Addresses immediate needs such as food, warm clothing and a place to stay, connects people with housing, income support and health services and links people to other services in the community.
