TIR E-CHIP SOLENOID VALVES Texas Industrial Remcor is proud to announce the next step in solenoid valve development with our new TIR E-CHIP™ . By integrating a small interface electronic board into the valve, the power consumption, input voltage, and operating temperatures are reduced. Upon the introduction of power, the driver allows full current to the valve during a time called “Pull-in.” After “Pull-in,” amperage is reduced by 66% of normal valve amperage requirements. With this integration of the TIR E-CHIP™, coil discharge that causes reverse voltage also becomes less of an issue. ™

An easy drop-in replacement for all 2100B applications, the 2100C produces less heat and controls large flow volumes. Viton seals are standard. New Products

HOW TO MAKE A STANDARD CONNECTION:

New to the market is TIR’s 3/8” Push-To-Connect valves. Using plastic half-cartridges that require low insert loads, TIR valves can now fit onto a wider variety of equipment. More reliable and efficient, the Push-To-Connect valves come comprised with a collet gripper, a Viton O-ring, and a plastic body that has stainless steel teeth for easy manual assembly. Simply pushing a tube into the valve creates a leak proof connection for your agricultural projects. FEATURES: • Can be used with plastic or soft metal tubes in both inch and metric sizes • As system (valve) comes under pressure, the teeth of the PTC grip more • Easy to assemble • High retention

1. CUT THE TUBE SQUARE Cut the tube square on end, and remove burrs and sharp edges.

2. PUSH UP TO TUBE STOP Push square end of tube into the fitting.

3. PULL TO CHECK IF SECURE Pull on the tubing to check that the connection is secure.

4. TO DISCONNECT Depressurize the system. Push the collet square against the fitting. With the collet square held in position, the tube can be removed.

2-Way Large Solenoid Valves

SOLENOIDS FOR LARGE FLOWS For those really big jobs, the 1999A Series Solenoids are a great choice. They have 12 Volt DC, with 24 Volt DC available, are normally closed and the direct operating coils are totally encapsulated and waterproof. Seals, including Viton and Aflas, are available to ensure compatibility with most harsh agricultural chemicals. Wetted parts consist of 430F stainless steel. Viton diaphragms and seals are standard. SV.1999A.1V.WP Pilot Valve Pilot operated valves function on the principal of pressure drop across the valve. Spraying pressure should be measured behind the valve. Considered among the best of solenoid valves industry wide, SV.1999A Series Valves give you a full 18 GPM and up to 175 PSI. The inner parts of the valve are epoxy encapsulated to ensure rapid heat dissipation and longer service life. With its large 1’’ NPT threaded bypass inlet and outlet, the 1999A can handle high capacity jobs.

These on/off valves make control of mixing and application of most harsh agricultural chemicals and fluids easy and reliable. Use these valves anytime you need direct shut-off control with no bypass. SMALL SOLENOID VALVES End Nozzle / Foam Marker / Small Sprayers / Chemical Injection Systems The 2200 Series Solenoids provide a preferred method of control for your placement needs. Giving great flexibility with your nozzles, these 12 Volt DC valves allow high pressures to produce low GPM. Place these in foam marking kits, end nozzles, injectors and planters to use at your discretion for fence rows and any planting fertilization. 3-Way Solenoid Valves

Nozzle Body Valves

3-WAY SOLENOID VALVES Three-way solenoid valves have a female NPT inlet and two female NPT outlets. This gives users the ability to re-direct flow by turning the valve on and off. When off, the bottom outlet is closed and the upper outlet is open. The valves operate on 12 Volt DC current and the coils are encapsulated and waterproof. Wetted metal parts are made from 304 and 430F stainless steel and Viton seals are standard. The smaller three-way valves are ideal for use with foam markers to control air and liquid.

NOZZLE BODY VALVES NB.2600A Series Nozzle Body Valves The 2600A 12 Volt DC direct operating Nozzle Body Valves have a 1/4” NPT female inlet and a 1/4” nozzle body outlet. The nozzle body outlet is compatible with most industry standard quick connect nozzle caps. The valve coil is totally encapsulated and waterproof. Viton solenoid seals ensure compatibility with most harsh agricultural chemicals. Wetted metal parts are 430F and 304 stainless steel. These valves can be used for boom end nozzles, individual nozzle shutoffs, and more where instantaneous opening and shutoff are desirable.

MANIFOLD NOZZLE BODY VALVES For other instantaneous opening and shutoff jobs, such as, but not limited to, field, golf course and roadside spraying, TIR offers nozzle bodies in manifold style. These valves can be clamped onto a 3/4” NPT boom pipe, which acts as the central inlet. 12 Volt DC and direct operating, the coils are totally encapsulated and waterproof. Viton seals and O-rings are standard to ensure compatibility with most harsh agricultural chemicals. Wetted metal parts consist of 430F and 304 stainless steel.

ON-OFF MANIFOLD SOLENOID VALVES Manifold valves come in a variety of configurations and can be used for roadside spraying, street sweeping and scrubbing equipment, and other agricultural and industrial applications. RC–2 GAUGELESS SPRAYER CONTROL WITHOUT SOLENOID VALVES RC-2 Remote Control Systems are designed to give the operator complete and safe control of boom shut-down from the tractor seat. The RC-2 System eliminates the pressure gauge and gauge tube for those users who want their pressure gauge mounted outside of the cab.
