Manifold Valves
MANIFOLD NOZZLE BODY VALVES For other instantaneous opening and shutoff jobs, such as, but not limited to, field, golf course and roadside spraying, TIR offers nozzle bodies in manifold style. These valves can be clamped onto a 3/4” NPT boom pipe, which acts as the central inlet. 12 Volt DC and direct operating, the coils are totally encapsulated and waterproof. Viton seals and O-rings are standard to ensure compatibility with most harsh agricultural chemicals. Wetted metal parts consist of 430F and 304 stainless steel.
ON-OFF MANIFOLD SOLENOID VALVES Manifold valves come in a variety of configurations and can be used for roadside spraying, street sweeping and scrubbing equipment, and other agricultural and industrial applications. The 12 Volt 2208 and 2209 Manifold Valves can be plugged into a 3/8” drilled hole on any 3/4” pipe that serves as a central inlet. Purchase of compatible TIR PVC pipes are available upon request (See page 40). Viton standard seals ensure compatibility with most harsh chemicals and coils are totally encapsulated and waterproof. Wetted metal parts are 430F and 304 stainless steel.

EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) reduces peak spikes from 350 to 35 Volts. Diode reduces voltage of coil from .85 to .68 AMP.
