For the team at Revitalise Dental, dentistry is not simply about teeth. It is about helping people feel comfortable, reassured and confident again, especially those who may have avoided dentists for years through anxiety or past experiences. The practice first opened in 2016 in a purpose-built eco-friendly building before returning to independent local ownership last September under award-winning dentist Alkisti, whose family roots in dentistry were inspired by the previous generation. Growing up with a mother who worked as a paediatric dentist in Greece, caring for nervous patients has always felt natural to her. The Revitalise patient-first approach is felt throughout the practice. Appointments are never rushed, treatments are carefully explained, and the team focus heavily on making people feel genuinely at ease. Even small touches, from calming conversations to balloon animals for
younger children, help create a much more relaxed atmosphere than many people expect from visiting a dentist.
The practice also carries out life-changing restorative work, helping some patients rebuild not only their smile, but their confidence and wellbeing too.
