Sternhill Paddock Outstanding CQC Rating.
“The provider was exceptional at making sure people were at the centre of their care and treatment choices and they decided, in partnership with people, how to respond to any relevant changes in their needs.” (CQC Report, 2026) A place where colleagues share a strong commitment to enabling the people we support to live rich, self-directed lives – we’re proud to share that Sternhill Paddock, our residential service in Eakring, Newark, has been rated OUTSTANDING following their 2026 CQC Inspection.
Charnwood House Outstanding CQC Rating.
“Staff provided compassionate and personalised care as they had excellent understanding of people’s needs, preferences and backgrounds. This helped them encourage people to take part in meaningful activities and work towards their aspirations.” Following their inspection in February 2026, the CQC found that Charnwood House delivers exceptional, person-centred support, with people at the very heart of everything it does.
