Kindness Receive Kudos for
In 2025/26, we launched Kudos for Kindness, giving colleagues a new way to recognise and celebrate the everyday acts of kindness that make a difference across Consensus. With 229 nominations received during the year, the scheme helped shine a light on colleagues who go above and beyond for others, strengthening a culture where kindness, appreciation and recognition are part of everyday life.
