Inspiring Resilience Ellie Goldstein
Ellie Goldstein brought an extra special atmosphere to our 2025 awards evening with an honest and uplifting talk about resilience. From modelling for some of the world's biggest brands to appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, Ellie reflected on her journey with Down’s Syndrome, speaking openly about the barriers she’s faced and the confidence she’s built by embracing who she is.
What really stayed with us wasn’t just everything Ellie has achieved, but the message behind it. She spoke about the importance of believing in yourself and backing yourself to try new things. Her honesty and positivity really resonated with colleagues, leaving people feeling inspired and reinforcing why making every moment matter is so important.
Ellie’s contribution had a lasting impact, strengthening our focus on inclusion and encouraging colleagues to see new possibilities for the people we support. We all left feeling energised, with a great sense of purpose and pride in the work we do.
