Arbitrum DAO Direct Grants
Direct grants represent DAO expenditure sent directly to the end recipient and not via a DAO-controlled program or grant manager. This expenditure typically does not have any operational cost burden and the reasoning behind the requested funding is outlined in the Tally proposal voted on by the DAO. Proposals directly supporting DAO operations that aren't run through one of the DAO Core groups are also included under direct grants (e.g. GovHack, Front-end inclusion proposals).
