As an Associate, Da- kota will become more active in operational aspects of the company, including schedul- ing and resource allocation, mentoring, and training. She earned a Bachelor of Envi- ronmental Engineering, with a concentration in Water Re- sources and Water Quality and a minor in Civil Engineer- ing from the University of Delaware, and was awarded the Hagerty Environmental Undergraduate Award for demonstrating outstanding professional and research po- tential in Environmental En- gineering. Laidman-Murray serves as chairperson for the ACEC Delaware Education/ Public Relations committee, which awards engineering scholarships and helps pro- mote engineering as a career choice. Landmark executive vice president of operations Keith Rudy, P.E. said he is “pleased that such a hardworking and deserving individual will play a key role in the future of the company.” Durand, R.L.A. is a regis- tered landscape architect in Maryland and Delaware, with over 10 years of landscape de- sign, site planning and design experience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects. She earned a Bach- elor’s of Landscape Architec- ture at NewYork State College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse. In addi- tion to landscape architecture and planting design, Durand’s skills will be utilized in devel- oping conceptual plans, site design, road layout, site grad- ing, stormwater management design and earthwork analy- sis, review and interpretation of local zoning codes, review of projects for compliance with handicapped access codes, and inspection of projects during construction for compliance with plans and specification. n
