A Tribute to a Decade of Dedicated Leadership Honoring Rev. Dr. Rayford Harper In heartfelt celebration and with profound gratitude, we honor the esteemed leadership of Rev. Dr. Rayford Harper, who has faithfully served as the Modera- tor of the First South Florida Missionary Baptist District Association for ten re- markable years, from 2015 to 2025. Dr. Harper has been the embodiment of a true servant leader, guiding us not only with wisdom and vision but with a genuine heart and an unwavering love for the people. His leadership has been a testament to his commitment to God's work, consistently demonstrating humility, integrity, and a passion for the spiri- tual growth and unity of our association. He has labored tirelessly, always avail- able to offer support, encouragement, and sound spiritual guidance to the pas- tors and churches under his care. His decade of service has left an indelible mark on our district, fostering a spirit of cooperation and strengthening the foundations of our shared ministry. We have been blessed by his dedication, his prayers, and his steadfast presence.
