The pair concluded their visit with a discussion on recital repertoire and a lecture on opera in film, providing students with a multifaceted look into composition, technology, and storytelling through music. VISIT DETAILS Nov. 9-15 – Collaborated with chamber singers, the Academy Choir, classical voice, and composition students. Over the next year, Esmail and Kondonassis will work together to create Terra Infirma , a concerto for harp, percussion, and string orchestras. The piece will be performed and professionally recorded on campus in November 2025 as part of a multimedia presentation featuring a guest conductor.
