The lessons and devotionals printed herein are always intended to teach a biblical principle, a life lesson, show a path to righteous living, or give a warning before taking a wrong turn in life. The Bible, as a whole, contains principles and guidelines regarding every issue a person can possibly face in a lifetime, including relationships, financial management, emotional highs and lows, attitudes, authority, truth, integrity, fear, pride, temptations, possessions, repentance, and all spiritual insights to name a few. Many of these issues are presented in the chapters of Psalms. Every effort is taken to apply the principles found in the Psalms to everyday life situations so that you may become spiritually strong as you face life's complexities at every stage of your life. The majority of the chapters of Psalms were written by David, the lad who went from shepherding his father's sheep to shepherding the flock of God's chosen people as king of Israel. In his lifetime, David was hunted down for slaughter for no misdeed of his own. He experienced betrayal by close associates. He knew what it was like for his own children to try to steal his throne. He was a fearless warrior. He had a heart for God. He is called "a man after God's own heart." David had an unrelenting trust in God's protection and provision. He is the author of the most beloved Psalm-the twenty-third Psalm-that begins, "The Lord is my shepherd." May these songs from Psalms encourage you, inspire you, bless you, and challenge you every day of your life. Let there be music in your heart toward God.

These devotionals are intended to evangelize, educate, and inspire individuals to greater Christian growth. Some of them are used as tools in leading others to come to faith in God through Jesus Christ. They do not follow any theme throughout, so they are in no particular order. Users should choose one they deem appropriate for the occasion for which it will be presented. Use the titles as a guide to choose just the right one. These devotionals are used by some groups as a prelude to a Bible study class or as an opening, preceding a committee or board meeting, either for a religious group or a civil gathering. They are useful in nursing homes, pastors or auxiliary planning meetings, youth events, and campfire events. Some of the devotionals are appropriate to use for a short children's sermon. Travel groups enjoy a brief morning devotional before the day's activities begin, either in motel lobbies or on a travel bus. They also make great gifts for any occasion, such as graduations, birthdays, bridal showers, Christmas, Mother's Day/Father's Day, Pastor Recognition Sunday, or just a gift that says, "Thank you for all you do." Think about adding this book as kind of a "stocking stuffer" add-on with another gift appropriate for the occasion. Some individuals enjoy using the devotionals in this book for their own personal "closet time with the Lord." "These are written that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name" (John 20:31 KJV) .

MAY THESE TIMES TEACH US WHAT TRULY MATTERS Thoughts to remember in a world where uncertainty reigns...

by Rania Naim

M

AY THESE TIMES TEACH us how to be more loving, more forgiving and more compassionate. May these

times teach us what’s important and what really matters. May these times teach us that life is fleeting and things can change in the blink of an eye so sometimes it’s better to say those words we’ve been dying to say, to make that call, to say I’m sorry or say I love you. May these times give us the push we needed to get things off our chests or apologize or express how we’re really feeling. May these times teach us not to take anything for granted; our family, our friends, our jobs and our own well-being. May these times remind us to take care of our bodies, our minds and compel us to change the things in our lives that disturb our inner peace or bring us down. May these times remind us of how important it is to have a home we want to go back to, people we want to stay stuck at home with and may it remind us that we can’t keep running away forever, that we can never run away from the truth, that eventually we will have to rest our head on our pillows and think of what really matters without the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. May these times force us to make long-term changes instead of chasing temporary happiness or instant gratification. May these times teach us that God still has the power, the final word, the magic wand no matter how in control of our lives we think we are. May it remind us that there’s always a higher power we need to talk to or pray to when things fall apart when we don’t know

what the future holds, when we’re scared to death and no other human being can reassure us or make us feel safe or protect us. May these times teach us that sometimes faith is the only answer and the only way to get through the things we can’t control or understand. May these times remind us how to believe or hope against all odds just because we have faith that somehow when the hurricane is over, the rainbow will follow. May these times teach us how to slow down, how to take a break, how to stop running around in circles because at the end of the day, when we were faced with a crisis, everything stopped, everything came to a halt, everything we

thought couldn’t wait was postponed, the deadlines disappeared, the rules changed, the priorities were shifted and the show stopped altogether. May these times teach us that there’s nothing in this life that’s truly guaranteed and maybe this is all one big slap on the face for us to remember what’s truly important and what’s worth our time. May these times teach us how to spend our coming days being kind to one another, being more loving, more accepting and more compassionate. May these times teach us a better way to live and may it push us to reflect on the meaning of our lives and how to make the rest of our days truly count. EC

Sermons With Insight is a rich and reflective collection of homilies from Roland Zimany, a former philosophy professor and Lutheran pastor whose voice blends theological depth with intellectual clarity. Drawing from the liturgical calendar, Zimany explores themes of faith, grace, and spiritual renewal through sermons that span Advent to Pentecost and beyond. Each message is grounded in scripture yet elevated by cultural references, philosophical nuance, and real-life examples that make timeless truths feel freshly relevant. Rather than preaching from a place of dogma, Zimany invites readers into thoughtful dialogue—challenging them to think, feel, and grow in their relationship with God. Whether unpacking the “bondage of the will” or encouraging openness to divine newness, his sermons are both soul-stirring and intellectually engaging. This collection is ideal for readers seeking spiritual depth, biblical insight, and a compassionate voice that speaks to both heart and mind.

PROJECT PLANET We are destroying nature at an alarming rate, and if we continue to prioritize convenience over sustainability, we will face dire consequences, ultimately recognizing that we need the earth far more than it needs us.

by Becca Martin

ODAY I WENT TO A STORE TO buy two things, a planner and cute wine bottle wrap for a Christmas present. That was it, just two things and I was handed a plastic bag. A whole plastic bag for two little items I could have easily carried to my car and to be honest it made me angry. I love the environment; I like to think of myself as someone who tries to make environmentally friendly choices without being an extremist. If there is a recycling bin I will always recycle. I never liter. I bring my own reusable shopping T

bags every time I plan on going to the store. I refill the same water bottle over and over. I pick up trash I see at the ocean and throw it in the bin that takes two seconds to walk to. I bring my own trash bags when I tailgate. I do what I can without having a stick up my ass about it. But getting handed a plastic bag really rubbed me the wrong way and my friend didn’t understand because to her it was normal, and to me it also used to be normal – until it wasn’t. I’ve spent the last eight months living in places where if you

didn’t bring your own bag you had to pay for one and most of the time they were recycled brown paper bags. Sure the 15 cents I’d pay didn’t add up too much for only eight months, but it still added up. It helped me remember to bring my own bags and it helped me get really good at carrying things in my arms without dropping them. But mostly, it helped me become even more environmentally aware. It helped me realize how wasteful we are as humans and how much harm we are doing to the environment.

18

EC Magazines | LAS VEGAS Edition 2025

Humans are destroying the environment, every single day. We are ruining it with every balloon we let vanish into the air, we are ruining it with every cigarette butt we throw out the window, every napkin we drop as we’re stuffing our face with food on our morning commute. We are ruining it with every plastic bag we receive and let blow away in the wind, we are ruining it every time we throw a plastic bottle into the garbage can. We are constantly and consistently ruining it to the point where we are close to killing two-thirds of wildlife off in just 50 years. When you let your plastic bag blow away in the wind I’m guessing you don’t think of the sea turtle who has it stuck in his nose? Distributing, huh? I’m assuming you’re not thinking about how animals can choke on balloons when you let them go in the sky. I’m assuming you’re not thinking about how glass and cans can cut and slice animals who are trying to get food from inside them. I’m assuming you’re not thinking about ropes that can tangle animals up or rubber bands that can wrap around small animals bodies. It’s all relevant and that is all part of human waste. We kill animals that aren’t overpopulated for fun, for trophy’s, for the hell of doing it because why not!? We pay to get our photo taken with drugged up lions and tigers, and we believe the companies when claim the animals are well taken care of. News flash: if you’re sitting next to lion and it’s not trying to kill you something isn’t right! We fuck with nature so hard and it’s destroying the world. That is clearly not okay, but people still support inhumane things like this everyday and it’s disgusting. We’re cutting down habitats to make room for new housing developments for money hungry companies who don’t care about the animals natural habitats they are destroying. We are letting exotic animals (that we shouldn’t even have in our homes in the first place) into the wild and they are killing off the natural species in their own habitats. We are killing helpless

animals because we are an awful, awful species who think we are superior to all because we have a voice, yet we don’t use our voice for good. We use our voice to kill, to degrade, to overpower, to be disgustingly selfish and arrogant. We just take and take and take. We don’t think of the impact it’s going to leave behind but we don’t care either because we’re going to be “long gone” by that point, so it won’t directly affect us. At some point the earth is going to surrender and give up because it has nothing left to give. Hopefully at that point everyone is going to wish they put more money into the environment and less money into their own pockets, but we most likely won’t be around when that happens, so we shrug our shoulders and don’t think twice because we are driven by profits and money. Try holding your breath while counting all your money, you can’t. You need the environment to live and breathe, that’s what’s important and that’s what matters because you can’t take your money with you when you go. And when all the trees are cut down and we don’t have an oxygen,

when all the water is polluted and we have nothing to drink, when all the animals are dead and we have nothing to eat, only then will the human race realize you can’t eat money. Only then will the human race realize how much more we could have done to help the earth because no amount of money will bring back the wildlife and clean the air, water or environment from its pollution. The world we live in is degrading minute by minute and we’re too wrapped up in our own lives to do anything about it. And the most ironic part about it all is that we are the ones who are destroying it. We are the ones who are killing the earth, and the best part is that the earth certainly doesn’t need us, but we need the earth. And just because you might not see the pollution first handedly, doesn’t mean it’s not there because it most certainly is. We are a selfish race and it’s only destroying this beautiful planet we live on. Soon enough the earth is going to give up because you can only take so much before anyone – or anything – collapses. Then we will wish we did more. EC

ECO-CONSCIOUS COEXISTENCE How to Deal When Your Roommate Isn’t as Eco-Conscious as You. There is a compromise out there, promise!

by Libby McCarthy

Y

OU’RE MINDFUL ABOUT turning off the lights when you leave the room; your roommate leaves them on without a

thought. You try to keep your showers short-ish and toss every scrap of paper that crosses your path into the green bin; she luxuriates and seems not to have gotten the recycling memo. Sound familiar? College is definitely a four- year test in getting along with all sorts of different people, but that can feel particularly challenging when you’re living under the same roof, and, hey, the planet is at stake. It’s not easy being different shades of green, but it doesn’t have to be a constant battle either. I’ve been through all the ups and downs of cohabitation and have learned a few things along the way. Here, my top tips on how to deal when your roommate is eco-oblivious, so that there will be peace amongst you (and in your conscience). DO YOU. People often assume that they can’t live sustainably if the situation isn’t perfect. This couldn’t be further from the truth. As with most things in life, there is rarely a “perfect” time to get started — if we all waited around for that one shining moment to arrive before taking action, nothing would ever get done. Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing — or in this case, not doing — and go ahead and act on your own. Don’t let what others think hold you back. Live the life you want to live now.

20

EC Magazines | LAS VEGAS Edition 2025

How, exactly? Cook yourself plant-based meals, shop secondhand, buy food and products with minimal or no packaging, walk, bike or take public transport instead of hopping in the car — these are all important and impactful lifestyle choices that don’t require your roommate’s sign on. Another reason to dive in and do you: If you want other people to change, you have to start with yourself. Lead by example and you’ll inspire others to follow suit, especially if they see how you’re making changes effectively. It’s a win-win. KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE. As with so. many. things with your roommie, it’s all in the delivery. Environmental issues concern everyone, but giving your housemates a lecture on the findings of the latest report from the International Panel on Climate Change may not be the best way to inspire them to action. I’ve always found that people are way more receptive when you talk about sustainability issues in a (non-judgmental) way that jives with their interests, concerns and priorities. These tactics can be used elsewhere, too. If you and your roommates are all on a tight budget, chances are you could make a pretty solid case for things like installing a water-efficient shower head, washing clothes with cold water and keeping the thermostat turned down. If you can better understand why people make the choices they do, you’ll have a better chance of getting them on board with change. Find fun ways to share your passion. Going all preachy isn’t likely to produce much of an effect beyond eye- rolling. Look for engaging opportunities to bond with your housemates that also introduce them to sustainable habits: Plan a girls’ night in watching Blue Planet on Netflix or invite your roommate on your next trip to the secondhand shop where you scored that jacket she obsesses over. As someone who loves to cook and is passionate about how my food choices affect the planet, one of my favorite strategies has been to offer to cook dinner for everyone. It’s a great way to show

how plant-based eating can be delicious and super easy. I’ve tested this method on numerous occasions with my boyfriend — who previously couldn’t imagine a meal without meat — and now a few vegan meals are among his favorites. Works with We, as humans, are far more likely to do something if it’s convenient. When you want to encourage friends to live more sustainably, think about how you can make it as easy as possible so that the sustainable behavior becomes second nature. After all, the easier it is to build a habit, the more likely it is to actually become a habit. For example, I found that placing a clearly labeled recycling bin next to the garbage can and offering to be in charge of emptying it on the regular was totally successful. Other ideas: Keep reusable shopping bags by the door so they’re easy for everyone to grab on their way out, and make sure you’re always equipped with housemates, too! MAKE IT EASY the items you need to encourage low- impact living (baking soda and vinegar to make cleaning products, clean hand towels instead of paper towels, reusable food storage containers to eliminate plastic wrap). People can have great intentions, but if the practical support isn’t there, the action often won’t happen. Help ‘em out. GIVE THE GIFT OF SUSTAINABILITY Your roommates might be more likely to use eco-friendly items if you put them right in their hands rather than if they have to buy them themselves. Whether for a holiday, birthday or no occasion at all, give gifts that will help your housemates live a greener existence. Opt for smart finds that are easy swaps for what they’re currently using (bonus points if they’re money saving swaps too). A stainless steel Brita filtering bottle to carry around campus will help your roomie fill up anywhere while reducing the taste and odor of chlorine and other contaminants often found in tap water — and each filter can replace up to 300 disposable plastic water bottles. Reusable totes they can toss in their bag

(these foldable ones from Baggu are my go-to), washable makeup remover pads and a reusable coffee mug for their daily caffeine fix will all help reduce waste, too. STAY POSITIVE (EVEN WHEN IT’S TOUGH) Sometimes it’s hard to stay upbeat when those you live with day in and day out don’t share your views or your same sense of urgency about doing your bit for the planet. But don’t give up! Stick with it and find strength in your belief that what you’re doing is important and makes a difference. Be optimistic and hold your head up high — others are more likely to take your lifestyle seriously, and even follow suit when you’re not apologizing for your habits (which implies that sustainable living is a hassle) or being defensive (which can majorly put people off). TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF No one likes to be judged. I wouldn’t want anyone telling me what to eat or how to live, so why would I do the same to them? So, baby steps. Plant seeds, but don’t count on changing anyone overnight. Remember — little changes can really add up. And every swap is a small victory. The mere fact that you’ve inspired even one change in your campus household is something to celebrate. Share your knowledge, be a resource and celebrate every step of their journey (perhaps even with a yummy, fruit- and veggie-forward home cooked meal). EC

BIKE AND WALK AT GUERNSEY CHANNEL ISLANDS Exploring Guernsey’s coast by bike and on foot is a tranquil way to discover this Channel Island. TRAVEL by Rupert Parker

Sark is a small island (2.10 square miles) in the Channel Islands, located in the Channel Islands in the Bailiwick of Guernsey

22

EC Magazines | LAS VEGAS Edition 2025

N THE MIDDLE OF THE ENGLISH Channel, Guernsey is smaller than its neighbour Jersey, and you can easily cycle around the entire coast in a day. Even better, hire an e-bike and it makes an easy adventure for cyclists of all levels. The Northern part of the island is completely flat with its wide bays home to vast sandy beaches. The only obstacle is the wind, but like most things in Guernsey, it’s fairly benign. The South, however, is all rugged cliffs with steep descents into small bays and wooded coves. Of course going down means a tough following climb upwards, often to stunning viewpoints. Peppered around the coast are small kiosks and tea rooms providing welcome refreshment. You can do the whole island in a day but better to take it leisurely and split it into two. And, in order to keep everything sustainable, I avoid flying and opt for slowish travel. That means taking the train to Poole and boarding the Condor Ferry which arrives in St Peter Port in around three hours. Day 1: St Peter Port and the South I start my coastal adventure by heading south from St. Peter Port towards the cliffs of Jerbourg Point. There are no cycle paths and the only option is to take the main road. However traffic is light and drivers tend to tuck in behind until there’s a safe opportunity for overtaking. After I pass the Doyle monument, I’m soon at the headland overlooking Jerbourg Point. Jagged cliffs drop down to the sea and the rocks end in a series of stacks. From here, I take narrow lanes westwards, helpfully labelled Ruettes Tranquilles, which take me through attractive wooded glades. I

I park my bike and walk down to Moulin Huet Bay, a favourite spot of the French painter Renoir. The bay’s clear waters and dramatic rock formations inspired many of his works. The headland is honeycombed with German fortifications from WW2 including the imposing The South, however, is all rugged cliffs with steep descents into small bays and wooded coves. Of course going down Pleinmont Observation Tower. As I turn the corner, the landscape becomes gentler opening out to long wide bays. Fort Grey, on Rocquaine Bay, an 18th century fort, now houses a shipwreck museum, detailing disasters on the surrounding seas. As I cycle north I stop by at Lihou Island, a nature reserve only accessible by causeway at low tide. Here I turn inland, cycling due east through Castel back to St Peter Port. This is agricultural heaven, blessed by traditional farmhouses, and fields dotted with grazing Guernsey cows. means a tough following climb upwards, often to stunning viewpoints.

Day 2: St Peter Port and the North Next day I head north, along the sea front of St Peter Port, to the working harbour at St Sampson. The coast leads me to little Fort Doyle perched on a rocky headland. Further on, at the northernmost tip, another fortification, Fort Le Marcand is slightly more substantial. It overlooks the long stretch of beach, known as Pembroke Bay, with its WW2 German fortified seawall. The track turns into a footpath so I turn inland crossing the Royal Guernsey Golf Course before arriving at Le Grande Havre. The wide beach is guarded by the loopholed Rousse Tower, one of a series of 15 built at the end of the 18th century, to repel the French. I battle the prevailing wind as I cross Cobo Bay before turning inland at Vazon Bay. It’s then a cross country ride back to St Peter Port. Day 3: Walk Fermain Bay and Jerbourg I fancy getting of my bike and exploring on foot – one of most popular walks on Guernsey runs from St Peter Port to Fermain Bay. It’s a gentle wooded path, lined with spring flowers, with flights of steps, taking me up and down. Soon Fermain Bay comes into view, an attractive spot with a loopholed tower and boats moored in the bay. It’s only taken me an hour so I decide to press on to Jerbourg Point. There are good views of the Pea Stacks and German fortifications on the headland. I follow the path along the clifftop to Petit Port and take hundreds of steps down to the bay. Climbing up again, I’m soon at Moulin Huet Bay and then turn back inland. From here, it’s mainly road walking back to Sausmarez Manor, above Fermain Bay and onwards to St Peter Port. The last stretch turns off on a grassy path following the curtain wall of Fort George before descending to the South Esplanade and the capital. This is my last day on Guernsey and I’ll miss the gentle rhythm of exploring the island by bike and on foot. EC

DR. ELLIS R. HODGE: OPENING MINDS TO NEW POSSIBILITIES In an age where distractions, doubt, and negative voices often shape our thinking, Dr. Ellis R. Hodge offers a refreshing and biblical counterpoint: true transformation begins in the mind.

everything for them—I once prayed the same way. But as I studied Scripture, I discovered that when the Bible mentions the mind, it’s really talking about our thinking.” What began as a personal study evolved into a series of teachings on “mindset.” Those teachings resonated deeply with his congregation, eventually becoming the foundation of his book. “I realized this was not just another sermon topic,” Dr. Hodge says. “It was a message that needed to reach beyond the pulpit.” For Dr. Hodge, transformation is more than theory—it’s testimony. A defining moment came at age twenty- eight, when, despite being in church his entire life, he truly accepted Christ as his Savior. Later, during Bible college, he experienced what he describes as “a complete shift in thinking.” “The Word of God was changing my thoughts,” he says. “But I had to let that change take place.” That willingness to surrender old ways of thinking and embrace new, God-aligned perspectives remains the heart of his message. Perhaps the most profound insight Dr. Hodge discovered while writing Mindset is that change is not a one-time event—it’s a lifelong pursuit. “A mindset change doesn’t happen overnight,” he explains. “It’s a daily decision to take responsibility for your part in your relationship with God.” Romans 12:2 serves as a guiding principle for his philosophy: ‘Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.’ For Dr. Hodge, that renewal is ongoing and essential for anyone who desires to grow into the likeness of Christ. At its core, Mindset explores the difference between a fixed mindset— rooted in fear, tradition, or complacency— and a growth mindset anchored in faith. “Complacency is the enemy of us all,” Dr. Hodge warns. “It convinces us that change isn’t possible. But as Proverbs says, ‘As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.’” To combat stagnation, Dr. Hodge practices daily exercises rooted in Scripture. “I remind myself what the

Word of God says about me, what it says I can do, and what it says I can have,” he says. “It’s not always easy. Sometimes it feels like a fight because my old mindset still wants to lead. But renewing the mind is worth the effort.” Though he didn’t initially set out to influence future generations, Dr. Hodge recognizes that a renewed mindset can have far-reaching effects. “I never thought about shaping minds

for the next decade,” he admits. “I was simply being obedient to the Holy Spirit. But if readers truly apply these biblical principles—in leadership, education, or innovation—they will begin to think and act like Christ.” His work has already drawn attention from publishers and ministry leaders, who call Mindset a powerful teaching tool. “That feedback has been humbling,” he says. “It confirms that this message can truly help people.”

Beyond his authorship, Dr. Ellis R. Hodge brings a rich tapestry of experience. A retired U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve veteran, he went on to work with GTE/Verizon before dedicating his life to ministry. He holds multiple theological degrees—including a Doctor of Divinity—and serves as Senior Pastor of Word of Life Fellowship Church in St. Petersburg, Florida. His life and marriage of over forty years to “Complacency is the enemy of us all,” Dr. Hodge warns. “It convinces us that change isn’t possible. But as Proverbs says, ‘As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” his wife, Teralyn, stand as testaments to his commitment, faith, and consistency. If readers take away just one thing from Mindset, Dr. Hodge hopes it’s this: change is difficult, but possible. “If you want a new mindset, you must accept the responsibility of transformation and diligently apply yourself,” he says. “God has already given us the tools—it’s up to us to use them.” Dr. Hodge continues to teach and lead with the same passion that birthed Mindset. A possible sequel, tentatively titled Mindset: Open Your Mind to New Possibilities—Part II, is in the works. “I’m still on this journey myself,” he says. “Renewing the mind is a lifelong process. As long as I’m growing, I’ll keep helping others do the same.” Dr. Ellis R. Hodge’s book, Mindset: Open Your Mind to New Possibilities, is available through major retailers including Barnes & Noble and Amazon. Company, and this was probably my first contact with the fashion world. Growing up in Rimini, a town on the Adriatic Sea that was very en vogue in the 1990s for nightlife, gave me the opportunity to meet so many designers and artists. After an experience in sales at a high-end boutique in my city, it was quite a natural progression to starting work in the fashion industry— and at a certain point, I decided to launch MSGM. It was not easy in the beginning, also because I had to move to Milan; but all my efforts paid off, and today I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I describe MSGM as color, energy, young and eclectic. I put all my ideas, feelings and emotions into my collections, and my goal is to bring positivity and to value the Italian spirit. MSGM collections are clothes for pleasure; I want people to enjoy wearing them and to make them a part of their lives. And as always, everything from MSGM is made in Italy. It makes this collection about my homeland even more special to me. For the latest women’s collection for fall/winter 2021, I presented “Manifesto” for MSGM. It was an ode to the city, a new manifesto on the hypnotic rhythm of a song written and interpreted by Gea Politi, editor of the contemporary-art magazine Flash Art.

This project is in collaboration with Club Domani, the party held every Saturday at Milan’s legendary Plastic Club, and is based on a record idea by Sergio Tavelli and Andrea Ratti, the club’s resident DJs. I also did a collaboration with Alessandro Calabrese, a Milan-based artist. Art is one of the most fundamental parts of the MSGM soul; both art and music stimulate my imagination and are the ingredients used in the creation of my collections. Though I am inspired by many different things: It can be someone I meet on the street—so many times I ask people I don’t know if I can take a picture—or a movie, a TV series, or a work of art. I’m a very curious person, and I love to look at very different things. There’s no specific process—I just follow the flow. Last year we celebrated the brand’s 10th anniversary. It’s been a long journey with many ups and downs. The most important thing I’ve learned is to never give up and to stay focused on reaching our goals. I feel very fortunate to work in this field. Meeting so many people and doing several collaborations for my collections has allowed me to learn and enrich myself, not only in my field but also at a personal level. And the best part is that this personal evolution happens so naturally.
