COLDFEST ® GASTRONORM FOOD PANS, CROCKS, COVERS & PUMPS • Keeps contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 4˚C without the use of messy ice. • Freeze upside down for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre-chilled product. • Half and third‑size pans hold contents cold for up to eight hours. Sixth size pans and crocks hold contents cold for up to six hours. • Conforms to Gastronorm exterior dimensions to fit standard food bars or make tables. • Stackable to save space when freezing and storing. • Can be used for direct food contact with all types of food products.
