TESTS DESCRIPTIONS Thermal Shock Resistance Test: Test consists of applying a radical temperature change during a short period of time to the tray, by taking out the tray from icy water (0˚C) and placing it into boiling water (100˚C) and measuring any deformation. Break Resistance Test: Test consists of dropping a metal ball from specific heights onto the tray and measuring any deformation. Scratch Resistance Test: Observe scratches and abrasions as a result of friction between porcelain dinnerware and the tray surface. Test consists of moving a porcelain dish placed on tray from left to right under hand pressure and measuring any abrasion on tray surface. DISHWASHER SAFE DESCRIPTIONS Extensive: Wash as often and as frequently as needed. Normal: Wash up to 3 times per day. Minimal: Wash once per day.
