Standard 9 x 9 Peg Rack • Designed to wash varying sized plates, bowls, trays and plate covers. • Standard peg racks hold: – Eighteen 25,4 cm plates – Twelve 30,5 cm plates – Twenty-seven 19 cm plates or – Nine 36 x 46 cm trays.
Open End Tray Rack • Holds cafeteria trays or full-size sheet pans. • Open-ended on one side for easy placement and removal of trays of all lengths. • Holds up to nine trays upright.
