HERD HEALTH: All bulls will be available for immediate shipment. All bulls have been fertility tested and are ready for work. Our vet will be available sale day to answer any herd health questions. ALL BULLS IN THE SALE HAVE BEEN TESTED NEGATIVE FOR BVD-PI (persistently infected-bovine virus diarrhea). GENETIC CONDITIONS: All animals selling are tested AMF, NHF and CAF either by DNA testing or by parentage default - these are the three lethal genetic recessives monitored by the American Angus Association. Developmental Duplication, the genetic recessive identified as DD, is an abnormality that has been long-observed in Angus cattle but was previously thought to be caused by conjoined twins or other anomalies during fetal development. This abnormality was found to be a simply inherited recessive genetic condition passed through certain pedigree lines of Angus cattle. Animals affected with this condition can sometimes be born with an extra limb or part of an extra limb (a condition referred to as polymelia). In keeping with our “full disclosure” policy at Brinkley Angus Ranch, we have tested most of the “at risk” animals that sell and you will see pedigree designations of DDF (free), DDC (carrier) and DDP (potential) to assist you in making your own buying decision regarding the importance of this non-lethal genetic recessive for your breeding program. RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST: Brinkley Angus Ranch retains a one-third revenue sharing interest in EVERY bull that sells in this sale. Buyer owns full possession, full control and full salvage value of the bull. Jim Brinkley retains this interest so that he can easily access the pedigree and EPD information on the bull using the American Angus Association login to the database maintained by that organization for its members. That valuable information allows Jim to accurately identify the genetics of calves entering the Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef Ranch to Table program and to be able to assist his customers in selecting future generations of bulls that best complement the Brinkley Angus genetics that can be found in the daughters of Brinkley sires that make up their herds. BOARDING & TRUCKING: All Brinkley bulls may be boarded at Brinkley Angus Ranch free of charge until December 1. Free delivery in Missouri and surrounding states to central points. Shipment is at buyer’s risk. Contact the ranch for pick-up and delivery arrangements. VOLUME DISCOUNT: Buy 5 bulls, receive a 5% discount off the price of each bull.

Welcome

Welcome Letter Welcome to our new sale facility at the ranch headquarters Northeast of Milan on Hwy Y for our FIRST FALL SALE here at the new sale barn that we inaugurated with our record setting March sale! With the rich heritage and history of Sherry’s father and his involvement in the Kansas City Stock- yards, moving from a Livestock Market Auction facility to the farm was not a decision made lightly or without years of discussion and deliberation. The entire Brinkley family appreciates the support of our program that our friends, neighbors and customers have extended to us over the past two de- cades and we look forward to supplying the genetic needs of our customers for generations to come! Our record setting March sale saw the VERY FIRST time that Brinkley Angus past bull customers used calf carcass credits earned by sons of Brinkley Angus bulls towards their selection of a new generation of bulls. That opportunity continues with this smaller but very elite sale offering. The outstanding USDA Quality Grades of progeny of Brinkley bulls that were sold to the Ruth Family Farms Premium Black Angus Beef Ranch to Table program continue to earn future credits for value Brinkley customers who buy Brinkley Angus bulls and commercial females sired by and bred to Brinkley Angus bulls! Our integrated production system designed and operated with the Ruth Family to produce high-quality end product from the bulls that you buy from us is no longer a dream – it is now a REALI- TY as Brinkley Angus Ranch and Ruth Family Farm have provided calf credit towards the purchase of future Brinkley Angus genetics of $25 per calf credit for EVERY calf sired by a Brinkley bull sold as a USDA Graded Certified Angus Beef carcass and $50 per calf credit for EVERY calf sold as a USDA Prime carcass. While Sherry has retired from her career at the Courthouse, she is far from retired as our grand- children and the operation of our enterprises continue to keep her busy night and day. With Jim’s six years as a member of the American Angus Association Board of Directors and the time spent as the Treasurer and Vice President of the American Angus Association on his way to becoming the Chairman of the Board and President for 2026, Sherry’s contributions to Brinkley Angus Ranch have never been greater. Embryo transfer has been an important tool that we have used for many years to accelerate the genetic progress of the bulls that we have to make available to our customers and friends. As we have ramped up the number of calves that we are producing with embryo transfer, going forward it will be our plan to sell our fall-born bull calves as age-advantaged bulls in our annual spring sale and our spring-born bull calves as age-advantaged bulls in our annual fall sale. As more of us who graze fescue have shifted to fall calving to improve our production systems and with the year-round demand for feedlots and packing plants, we think this new fall sale will be another way to better serve those who rely upon us for their genetic inputs. In the 2025 Foundation Female sale at the National Western, the $30,000 top selling bred heifer of our 2022 sale stepped forward for K-Ler Cattle Company with a $17,000 full sister to our $19,000 top selling spring yearling in March and a $12,000 maternal sister to her that were among the most popular and top selling open heifers. We could not be happier for Seth and his family’s success with their Brinkley female! This prolific embryo donor for both the Brinkley and Kaehler families is the donor dam of 17 of the bulls in this sale offering by the VERY SAME sires whose sons were the most popular and top selling bulls of our 2025 spring sale. In addition to the five flush brothers to the $17,000 and $19,000 heifers sold this spring, there are also five paternal brothers to the $32,000 two thirds interest top seller Brinkley Skillset 3866 who joined his donor dam in the SydGen program when a $30,000 flush sister to him was chosen by Dustin Ruth of Bloomfield, Iowa. EXAR Cover the Bases has taken his place as one of the most reliable high accuracy sources of superior marbling score genetics in the industry and the first nine bulls in this offering by him have the genetics to sire calves that will grade high and still produce outstanding replacement daughters with the marbling genetics for their progeny to earn USDA Quality Grade premiums! With all but a couple of these bulls eligible to breed heifers for the Missouri Show Me Select bred heifer sales, we are striving to produce Brinkley Angus bulls that you can breed to your heifers with confidence in their youth AND STILL have the growth and carcass power to use on the cows after those bulls have outgrown breeding heifers. As always, your purchase of bulls and females from Brinkley Angus Ranch is not the conclusion of a transaction but the beginning of an ongoing relationship. We are available to help maximize your return on investment through assistance with the sale of your calves for a premium and assistance with breeding your heifers to position you for the great times on the horizon, as the smallest nation- al beef cow herd of modern times experiences truly unprecedented demand for limited supply. The Start of a New Era at

Brinkley Angus Ranch

Jim and Sherry Brinkley and their family were pleased to introduce an exciting new cooperative venture with Doug and Dee Ruth and their family in 2024 to provide an opportunity for producers to earn calf credits on carcasses sired by Brinkley Angus Ranch genetics and sold to produce Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef. Ruth Family Farms is a 5th-generation family farm located in Downing, Missouri. Doug started working on the family farm when he was a young boy, instilling in him a love for farming and caring for livestock. After completing high school, Doug pursued his passion for farming and started growing his business. He married Dee in 1993, and they expanded Ruth Family Farms with the birth of their two children, Dustin and Breanna. As the name suggests, this is a multi-generation family operation where Dee works on the farm with the livestock, crops and does the farm record keeping. Dustin and Breanna grew up working on the farm and were involved in FFA and 4-H. Dustin manages the farm’s breeding program, feeding and caring for the livestock, planting and harvesting the crops, working closely with his brother-in-law Chandler Barnes who cares for the family feedlot and the cattle on feed. Breanna manages the family’s Federally Inspected beef processing facility in Kirksville which began harvesting cattle that earned Brinkley Angus bull customers calf credits towards the purchase of bulls in this 2025 Brinkley sale. The Ruth family owns and operates a NE3 USDA Process Verified for Source, Age, EVP China, NHTC, Saudi, antibiotic/ hormone-free Angus cow-calf operation and they have licensed the Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef as a Certified Angus Beef Ranch to Table participant. In their own cow herd, the Ruth family has worked for years to build an elite herd using genetics specializing in marbling that insure the highest quality of beef. With artificial insemination of Ruth home-raised dams, using high-quality semen specializing in marbling and carcass data, and the hand selection of replacement heifers each year from their calf crop to add back to the herd, they are building and continuing a family legacy.

Ruth Family Farms handles its animals with low stress and ease, using quality working facilities and practices, and are certified by the Beef Quality Assurance program. Calves are weaned and fed high-quality feed rations that consist of corn, corn silage, and forage raised on their farm. No animal by-products, Ionophores, or growth hormones are used. The Ruth family prides itself on the integrity and dedication they use to offer the highest quality of beef, with great flavor, which will melt in your mouth. As their new packing plant has come online, the demand for Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef continues to grow. Doug, Dee and their family have realized that their own family cattle production could never be large enough to fit a model that would use economies of scale to their advantage. From that recognition came the cooperative agreement for harvest cattle sired by Brinkley Angus bulls to be purchased by Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef as a significant part of its supply chain for Certified Angus Beef and USDA Prime products. Brinkley Angus Ranch and the Ruth family are assisting Brinkley bull and semen customers in aligning stockers and feeders to either buy or custom-feed calves sired by Brinkley bulls and then coordinating the marketing of those finished cattle to the new Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef plant. This program has a few simple requirements: The use of electronic identification tags to trace Brinkley-sired calves from their herd of origin to the rail in the plant and that the calves have not been treated with any hormones or growth stimulants.

ALL CALVES that the bulls in this sale sire and the calves being carried by the bred females and ALL FUTURE CALVES these sale females produce WILL BE ELIGIBLE for the Brinkley-Ruth Carcass Premium Sale Credit program where

EVERY CALF marketed to Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef that is USDA Graded as Certified Angus Beef earns the CATTLEMAN THAT RAISED that calf a $25 per head credit to be used to purchase future Brinkley Angus bulls and EVERY CALF marketed to Ruth Family Farms Premium Angus Beef that is officially graded USDA Prime will earn the CATTLEMAN THAT RAISED that calf a $50 per head credit! 2
