DISENROLLMENT & CHANGE OF SERVICES

When a family chooses to disenroll from the program, they are required to notify the program in prior to the child’s last day of attendance. You will be provided a Notice of Action Termination (NOA). This NOA is submitted to the central office for data update. Family Request to Disenroll:

Family Request to Transfer or Session Change

When a family requests to transfer their child into a different State Preschool classroom or into a different session (AM or PM), please follow our transfer policy: • Notify the teacher that you are requesting a change of service, the reason for this change and the date you would like for this to take effect. • If you are requesting a different school, the teacher will attempt to contact the school site for available vacancies. • Site and session transfers will be filled as space becomes available; therefore, we cannot guarantee your request, but you will be notified if it becomes available. • If your transfer is approved, you will be issued a Notice of Action Change. This NOA is submitted to the central office for data update.
