Gender Pay Gap Reporting Across Europe

Over the last few years there has been a proliferation in Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting requirements across Europe, with every new set of national requirements varying from others. The level of change and differentiation can be difficult for any employer to keep up with but particularly challenging for those with an international presence.
