career services collaboration helps ellie Bublitz find success

Ellie Bublitz’s story is a testament to the power of teamwork and Goodwill’s peo- ple-first mission. Originally employed with Goodwill of Greater Chattanooga, Ellie worked with a career navigator to find a local job. When she moved to Arkansas to live with her sister, her opportunity manager connected her with a Goodwill Industries of Arkansas career navigator, who helped her secure a keyholder position at the Good- will Outlet in Little Rock. “I love my job,” said Ellie. “They’re going to help me get my forklift license so I can help out more.” Her journey reflects how collaboration across Goodwill organizations changes lives.
