Friday, October 24 – 5:00 PM Tri-Star Sale This year’s offering features some of the finest Santa Gertrudis cattle our programs have produced. Each lot has been carefully selected using performance indicators such as weaning weights, yearling weights, ultrasound data, and EPDs—while also ensuring strong visu- al appeal. These cattle are built to enhance the genetic foundation of any progressive operation. B R I G G S We will present a high-quality selection of Santa Gertrudis and Brangus bulls, all raised and developed by our consignors. Each bull has undergone extensive evaluation from birth, with a strong emphasis on structural soundness, performance data, and overall quality to ensure our buyers receive dependable genetics. Following the bull sale, we will offer approximately 250 spring-calving females bred to Brangus, Hereford, and Santa Gertrudis bulls. These females are expected to begin calving around March 1 and include Santa Gertrudis, Hereford/Santa Gertrudis, Brangus, and Super American (Santa Gertrudis/Brangus) heifers—ideal for producers looking to rebuild or expand their herds. In all my years in the cattle business, I have never witnessed market conditions like those we’re seeing today. With herd rebuilding on the horizon, there’s never been a better time to invest in quality genetics and secure the future of your program. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our consignors for their shared commitment to offering cattle that are functional, productive, and suited to thrive in any ranching environment.
