CP Light - Mandrel represents the ideal solution for handling delicate rolls by moving them via internal diameter . The counterweighted base allows CP Light - Mandrel to approach the roll on the pallet from any side or angle , allowing agility that is unique on the market . The roll gripping system using an automatic retraction manipulator always guarantees maximum safety by maintaining the grip even in case of an exhausted battery or in the event of an accidental power cut. Cp Light - Mandrel has been designed for gripping and rotating rolls up to 90° to facilitate loading and unloading operations of packaging machinery.
Main Applications:
• Loading and unloading of delicate rolls from winding and unwinding machines • Gripping and rotation of the roll by means of an internal core in order to avoid damage to the reel coating
