Last April the U Splash Resort hotel located in Kibbutz Eilat, a few minutes from the city of Eilat, opened its doors. The hotel boasts a variety of unique rooms, such as pampering suites, pool rooms with bunk beds, a new kids’ private pool, garden rooms with a private pool and spacious family rooms, swimming pools, lounge areas and lawns. The resort’s unique design, which incorporats a magical desert atmosphere alongside an abundance of water sources, is the handiwork of architect Ari Shaltiel. From its opening day, the U Splash Resort Eilat has been a resounding success – as a new and unique resort of its kind in Israel, says Sharona Lahav, the hotel’s CEO. According to her, “The combination of a hotel, an adjacent water park, pool rooms, extensive areas and a unique design as a holiday village, changed the face of hotels as it was known in Israel until now. This year we are continuing to improve the property and create more and more surprises for our guests in order to create exciting experiences and memories.’
