At CASA LUNA, the flagship restaurant of the Herods Hotel in Eilat, you can enjoy a spectacular Italian culinary experience - and save on the plane ticket! In the restaurant you can enjoy traditional and fresh pastas that are made on the spot, special breads typical of Italian cuisine, wonderful pizzas that carry with them intoxicating smells, fresh fish and dreamy desserts. Just like in Naples, the delicious flavors of the most beautiful restaurant in Eilat, with eighty seats in Tuscan design on the beautiful coastline of the southernmost city in the country. Responsible for the scrumptious menu is Chef Shlomi Dagan, who worked together with the consultant and top chef Leon Alkalai to create the special menu: “We believe in a complete experience that includes: an inviting and immersive atmosphere, a sense of home and professional service. Here, you will also find vegetarian and vegan dishes, so that everyone can enjoy all this goodness”. Dagan adds that “the menu draws ideas from Naples - from the Neapolitan pizza that you shouldn’t miss, beet cappilcho in gorgonzola sauce, truffle arancini, and the must-try ice creams we make on site, along with the other desserts.”
