offers dishes without compromising on quality, taste and appearance: only natural raw materials, minimal processing and free of preservatives, with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients. The lobby and pool bar offers a menu of healthy cocktails and healthy drinks based on fruits, vegetables and superfoods. The “26.8” wine bar offers dairy chef cuisine based on plants and local fish, with plenty of plant-only dishes (vegan). Chef Amos Hayon from the “Rovida” restaurant is in charge of the menu, which offers traditional and local tapas dishes (the farthest vendor from the hotel is 26.8 kilometers from the hotel) with a contemporary twist. The highlight of “26.8” is a huge local wine menu, including natural, organic and orange wines.
