2022: Connecting Africa’s ecosystem enablers to strengthen its innovation economy
Improving the Organisation’s Culture
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the nature of our work changed for the better as we adopted a hybrid work schedule. We have been able to leverage technology to deliver more efficiently. This has helped to improve employee satisfaction and productivity within the organization. We have introduced team bonding activities to connect and strengthen the relationship between team members. These include game nights, parties, and visits to recreational locations (e.g safaris) etc.
