An annual report of AfriLabs’ impact
At Nailab, we were honored to be selected as a partner in the AfriLabs Virtual Meetup Grant series 7 program in 2022. With a grant of 4,000 euros, we designed a virtual entrepreneurship capacity building and mentorship program that equipped 204 founders from East Africa with the tools they need to thrive in business. Our coaches, who were also successful business owners, brought real- life experience to the program, making it practical and engaging. We encouraged peer-to-peer learning and support, breaking down traditional classroom walls to create an open and dynamic learning environment. The program had a significant impact on the Nailab community, and we’re grateful to AfriLabs for supporting this empowering initiative.
