German Chamomile

The aromatic, finely cut, spreading foliage of German Chamomile has a slightly higher proportion of volatile oil and is less bitter than Roman Chamomile. The lovely, white daisy flowers are collected when first fully open and used fresh, frozen or dried in tea and in beauty preparations. It makes a sweet and mildly flavored tea.
