Bristol 809 was lovingly designed to be a peaceful escape—a place where you can relax with loved ones, soak in the ocean breeze, and enjoy the very best of Gulf-front living. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony at sunrise, floating in one of the pools, or discovering the charm of Gulf Shores, we hope every moment feels special. Our condo is part of the #1 rated full-service re - sort on the coast, offering something for everyone—whether that’s an indulgent day at the spa, a spirited game of tennis, a delicious meal at the Clubhouse, or simply a quiet walk along one of the top 20 beaches in the U.S. We’ve added a few personal touches and upgrades to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and we’ll continue improving the space so that each visit is even better than the last. Laundry Information • We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay. • There is a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer in the condo. • Before departure, please strip used beds and place linens and towels in the laundry area. Parking Information • Parking pass will be issued at the security gate upon arrival (Security is available 24 hours) • Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay. • Extended Stay Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per 28-night stay • Parking pass must be displayed on the driver’s side front windshield area. • Visitor Fee (Day Fee): $7.00 per vehicle per day • You may park anywhere in the lot, with the exception of the green reserved owner spots • No RV’s, trailer parking on-site. • Rental golf carts (any brought in temporarily by an outside vendor) are not allowed at The Beach Club. This applies to owners, owner guests, and rental guests. Security will NOT allow any company to enter the property with a rental golf cart. Trash Disposal • Trash Chutes are located on each level on both ends by the stairwell. • Please securely tie trash bags before disposal. • Recycle bins are located on the property.

Beach Club Exclusive Access The Clubhouse, located between the Catalina and Bristol towers, is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers exclusive access to pre- mium amenities including the indoor heat- ed pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, and more. Please note that amenity wristbands are required to use these Clubhouse facilities. Wristbands are entirely optional and may be purchased at the Club- house upon arrival. The fee is charged per day, per condo—not per guest—making it a great value for families or groups wishing to enjoy everything the resort has to offer. Pools & Hot Tubs: Open from 8 AM to 10 PM. Please follow posted safety rules. Fitness Center: Located in the Clubhouse. Hours: 7 AM to 9 PM. Spa Services: Available by appointment. Con- tact the Spa directly.

Frank Brown Songwriters Festival

Every October, the white sands of Gulf Shores transform into a vibrant celebration of seafood, music, and art during the Annual National Shrimp Festival. Scheduled for October, this four-day event is a cherished tradition that has been delighting locals and visitors alike for over 50 years. The festival boasts over 100 hours of live musi- cal entertainment across two stages, featuring a diverse lineup that includes country, classic rock, jazz, Motown, and zydeco artists. Food en- thusiasts can savor a plethora of shrimp dish- es—boiled, fried, grilled, and more—alongside other seafood favorites like crab cakes, conch fritters, and Cajun pistols.

The 41st annual Frank Brown International Songwriters’ Festival will feature nationally ac- claimed songwriters in venues along the Florida / Alabama Gulf Coast in November. The festival is an opportunity for seasoned and as- piring songwriters and musicians from all over the world to have their songs heard, and for the public to learn the stories behind the lyrics that only the song’s author can express. Beach Flag Warning System Mobile Airport Expansion Project

The Mobile International Airport (BFM) is un- dergoing a major expansion to enhance ac- cessibility and improve the travel experience for visitors to Alabama’s Gulf Coast. This ambi- tious project involves relocating commercial air service from Mobile Regional Airport to a more central, downtown location—making it easier and faster to reach Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan. Once completed, the new terminal will feature modern amenities, increased flight options, and faster connections to destinations across the U.S. Whether you’re flying in for a vacation or heading home, the improved airport infra- structure promises a smoother start and end to your coastal getaway.
