1. Set your press to medium pressure, 200°C, and 45 seconds.
2. Prepare your artwork in Silhouette Studio with cut lines and registration marks. Do not use detailed images.
3. Make sure you print in mirror image on sublimation paper and with sublimation ink and paper.
4. Silhouette Studio Settings: Use the Auto Blade. Blade 8-10; Speed 2; Force 19-22. Always do a test cut first.
5. Cut your Flock or Fabric the same size as your sublimation print, A4 or A3.
6. Line up your sublimation print with the flock/fabric sheet. Make sure the print faces the flock/fabric texture side and not the glossy backing side.
7. Let it line up perfectly then place it on your press, the sublimation print will be on top and the flock/fabric will be at the bottom. Secure with heat tape from the transfer paper to the Teflon sheet. Then press for 45 seconds. Remove the print when time is up.
8. When done, set your press to 145°C, and 12 seconds so long.
