FOREVER LASER DARK TRANSFER PAPER (FOR COLOUR COPIERS / LASERS) FOR DARK SHIRTS WORKS ON MOST MACHINES (Both old and New type)

PRINTING AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS • Fan the sheets of transfer paper on all four sides to reduce static charge. • Set printer settings for heavy or card s tock paper • Load transfer paper so blank side receives the image  Print from the MANUAL TRAY.  On some printers / copiers you may need to set the printer to Thick paper.

TO CUT THE IMAGE ON A SILHOUETTE VINYL CUTTER • Add registration marks to your docum ent • Trace the outer edge of your image • Print the document through Silhouette Studio • Place the printed paper onto your cutting mat • Set your cut settings to “Vinyl” • Cut the design • Peel away the unwanted background of your design • Using applic ation tape, remove the print from the backing paper

TO TRANSFER THE IMAGE • Preheat the heat press to 190 o C

• Put your tshirt on the press, pre-press for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. • Place the print with application tape on the shirt, wit h the print and application tape facing up • Press at 190 o C for 20 seconds with extremely heavy pressure • Allow to cool for 30 seconds before peeling the application tape off the image.

• Press with silicone paper for 40 seconds to secure the print • Allow to cool for 30 seconds before peeling away silicone paper.

Washing the Garment For Best Results: • Turn garment inside out before washing • Machine wash warm or cold

• Mild Color -safe detergent (No Bleach) • Dry in dryer inside out, on low setti ng • If garments needs ironing, DO NOT iron directly on the transfer Storage and Handling of the Paper For best results, when receiving a new batch of paper let it aclimatise for 12-24 hours. Store the paper in a cool, dry area.Put the paper into resealable poly bags and include one silica gel (desiccant) package. This will not only help improve the quality of your printed image but will reduce copier jamming as well.
