Wave concert and event venue is undergoing an expansion. The indoor-outdoor space located at Second & St. Francis is adding a balcony to the building. The balcony will be L-shaped, running along the north side of the building and the west fence. It will include deck boxes for about twelve people which can be purchased permanently or for one-time events. Along with the balcony, the Wave will expand their seating options by adding bleachers to the west side. The owners expect construction to be finished in time for shows in mid-April.

After about a decade of planning, work will soon begin on a 100-acre mixed-use development in Andover . Jones Commercial Development Co. will transform the site near Kellogg & Andover Road into residential communities, green space and almost 350,000 square feet of commercial space. The development, known as The Heritage , will feature retail shops, restaurants and offices. Another piece of the project will be Heritage Square – a town square with walking and biking trails as well as a pond. The first phase of commercial space is expected to be done early next year.
