Living Stone is currently building a designer show house in upstate South Carolina — Casa Bonita — scheduled to finish in Fall 2025. Eight different designers are contributing to the project, each taking ownership of a space. “It’s a model home,” he says, “but it’s more than that. Living Stone is scaling. Separate branches for restoration and commercial work are forming. Their geographic reach now stretches across North Carolina and into South Carolina. But growth, for Sullivan, isn’t about size. It’s about structure. “Scaling without systems is a recipe for chaos. But when you build with intention, the growth becomes sustainable.”
